DX80 Configured Kits

Banner Engineering maps the inputs and outputs for all components in a configured kit.

Warning: Unused device inputs or outputs are disabled for the configured kits and configured kits are not expandable.

Model Number I/O
Kits with Discrete I/O
DX80K*M6DP6 One Gateway and six Nodes: One discrete input on the Gateway is mapped to each one of the discrete outputs on the six Nodes. One discrete input from each Node is mapped to the six discrete outputs on the Gateway.
DX80K9M6ED1 One Gateway and one Node: The four discrete inputs on the Gateway are mapped to the four discrete outputs on the Node. The eight discrete inputs on the Node are mapped to the eight discrete outputs on the Gateway.
DX80K9M6EP1 One Gateway and one Node: The six discrete inputs on the Gateway are mapped to the six discrete outputs on the Node and the six discrete inputs on the Node are mapped to the six discrete outputs on the Gateway.
Kits with Analog I/O
DX80K*M6AC1 One Gateway and one Node: The four analog (0-20 mA) inputs on the Gateway are mapped to the four analog outputs on the Node. The four analog (0-20 mA) inputs on the Node are mapped to the four analog outputs on the Gateway.
DX80K*M6AC2 One Gateway and two Nodes: The four analog (0-20 mA) inputs on the Gateway are mapped to two analog outputs on each Node. The two analog (0-20 mA) inputs on each Node are mapped to the four analog outputs on the Gateway.
DX80K*M6AV1 One Gateway and one Node: The four analog (0-10V) inputs on the Gateway are mapped to the four analog outputs on the Node. The four analog (0-10V) inputs on the Node are mapped to the four analog outputs on the Gateway.
Kits with Mixed I/O
DX80K9M6EM1 One Gateway and one Node: The four discrete inputs and two analog (0-20 mA) inputs on the Gateway are mapped to the four discrete outputs and two analog outputs on the Node. Four discrete and two analog inputs on the Node are mapped to the four discrete and two analog outputs on the Gateway.
DX80K9M6EM2 One Gateway and two Nodes: The four discrete inputs and two analog (0-20 mA) inputs on the Gateway are mapped to two discrete outputs and one analog output on each Node. Two discrete inputs and one analog input from each Node are mapped to the four discrete and two analog outputs on the Gateway.
Special Kits
DX80K*M3PE1 One Gateway, one FlexPower® Node, and one DX81 Battery Module: The two discrete inputs on the Node are mapped to the two discrete outputs on the Gateway, with Discrete IN 1 specially configured for a low-power version Banner's MINI-BEAM sensor.
DX80K*M3GE1 One Gateway, one FlexPower Node, and one DX81 Battery Module: The two discrete inputs from the Node are mapped to the two discrete outputs on the Gateway. The two analog inputs on the Node are mapped to the two analog outputs on the Gateway. Analog IN 1+ is specially configured for a low-power version of Banner's QT50U sensor. All unused inputs or outputs are disabled.
DX80K*R3PE1 One Gateway (acting as an I/O repeater), one FlexPower Node, one 10-30V dc Node, and one DX81 Battery Module: The discrete inputs on the FlexPower Node are mapped to the discrete outputs on the 10-30V dc Node. Discrete IN 1 on the FlexPower Node is configured for Banner's MINI-BEAM sensor. All unused inputs or outputs are disabled.
DX80K*R3GE1 One Gateway (acting as an I/O repeater), one FlexPower Node, one 10-30V dc Node, and one DX81 Battery Module: The two discrete inputs from the FlexPower Node are mapped to the two discrete outputs on the 10-30V dc Node; the two analog inputs on the FlexPower Node are mapped to the two analog outputs on the 10-30V dc Node. Analog IN 1+ is specially configured for a low-power version of Banner's QT50U sensor. All unused inputs or outputs are disabled.
DX80K*M6EV1 One Gateway and one Node: The four discrete and two analog (0-10V) inputs on the Gateway are mapped to the four discrete and two analog outputs on the Node. The four discrete and two analog (0-10V) inputs on the Node are mapped to the four discrete and two analog outputs on the Node.
DX80K*M6VE1 One Gateway and up to six Nodes: The discrete inputs for the Gateway are each mapped to a baseline command for up to six Nodes. The M-GAGE inputs for each Node are mapped to one of the six discrete outputs on the Gateway.
