EZ-SCREEN
Self-Contained Light Curtain

EZ-SCREEN (formerly known as EZ-GUARD) is a self-contained (no separate control box needed) safety light screen system.  Designed for both short and long range access/perimeter guarding, this two piece safety unit has an available sensing distance up to 70 m or 230 ft.

Optimal safety features include diverse-redundant and self-checking design, fast 24 millisecond output response time, two solid state OSSD (Output Signal Switch Device) outputs rated for switching 24V dc loads up to 0.5 amps, selectable trip output, selectable external device monitoring, and aluminum housing rated IEC IP65.

A complete system is comprised of only an emitter and receiver at 24V dc operation.   The choice of a Point System or Grid System allows the user the ability to protect personnel from dangerous machinery in a variety of different safe-guarding applications.

Options include an interface module for switching higher DC/AC loads and key reset switches.  As usual, Banner’s wide variety of mounting accessories are available for individual customer needs.
