Capable of 1280 x 1024 high resolution with typical inspection speeds of 50ms (1,200 parts per minute), the new P4 EDGE 1.3 is ideal for validating the height and width of parts, locating labels and alignment, detecting the edges of materials and for measuring the fill level and cap positioning for bottles in high-speed pharmaceutical and packaging lines.

PresencePLUSP4 sensors represent the first vision platform affordable enough to install on every manufacturing line, eliminating the need for inefficient batch inspections, while helping assure zero defects and better production throughput. They are simple and cost effective enough for numerous OEM applications requiring vision inspection.

The P4 EDGE 1.3 features include:
