Weld Water Control System from Turck
Pre-Engineered Standard Solutions for Welding Cells
Improve your ability to monitor the robotic welding process and protect the welder from overheating with these pre-engineered solutions.
Turck has a suite of modular solutions designed for resistance welding, MIG welding and end effector control. The Weld Water Control System is designed to monitor and control coolant flow during production and during the tip change process. Turck's air/gas panels are designed to monitor MIG welding applications. Add an air panel as needed to regulate and monitor pneumatic end effectors and clamps.
The modular design of these panels will allow you to easily tailor the level of monitoring and control for each robot and each cell. These easy-to-integrate systems communicate with IO-Link to help you gain more insight with remote monitoring of process parameters and application status. Weld water systems are designed around the Turck WCIOL flow sensor which communicates through an optional IO-Link block. Air/ gas systems consist of a pneumatic regulator, gas flow meter, pressure sensor and optional IO-Link block.
