Compact, 3-Meter Laser Measurement with Visible Alignment LED
Banner’s Q20-2 Laser Measurement Sensor delivers 3-meter sensing in a compact form factor with a visible alignment spot for fast and easy setup. The infrared laser sensor’s best-in-class range uses time-of-flight technology to consistently and accurately detect targets up to 3 meters away. Multiple teach modes give the Q20-2 Laser Measurement Sensor the ability to solve many different application problems using only one sensor model, reducing sensor stock.
When installing the Q20-2, a visible red alignment LED expedites and simplifies setup and can be switched on or off. The compact housing uses industry standard 25.4 millimeter mounting holes for easy installation on both new builds and when retrofitting existing equipment. IO-Link® streamlines control system integration and provides easy access to measurement values, delay timers, and advanced diagnostics. The PulsePro I/O output enables direct integration with Banner’s programmable lighting products to give real-time visual feedback without the need for a PLC.
