The 1085-N is a surface screw mount magnetic contact from GE Security containing a sealed switch assembly, a 5/8-inch gap size for quick and easy installation, mounting screws, and a white color for use in locations which require a sealed device. The 1085-N security surface mount magnetic contact comes with a 100 VAC/DC maximum voltage, a 7.5 watt maximum power, a normally open electrical configuration, plus a 1' #22 wire lead, a 0.5 A maximum current, and a closed loop configuration. This quality magnetic contact mount has a reed switch that is totally encapsulated in a polyurethane potting compound to stop moisture entering the switch and setting off false alarms with loose fitting doors
