The 1086N is a security surface screw mount from GE Security designed for easy installation of terminal connections in areas of residential or commercial property situations. The 1086N security surface mount comes with spacers, a cover, mounting hardware, plus a white coloring, and an open loop configuration. The 1086T-N security surface mount also features an ABS plastic manufactured enclosure, a polyurethane encapsulated reed switch that is hermetically sealed, a wider gap distance, as well as easy installation combination heads, and positive clamping terminals/captured screws. This quality surface screw mount offers a wider gap model for preventing false alarms being caused from a loose fitting door or window making it a more secure installation.
