Passive Harmonic Filters
The introduction of power devices such as variable frequency drives in many areas have resulted in great improvement in energy saving technologies. These devices however, have strongly nonlinear absorptions generated by distorted current waveforms. This may cause various problems within a user’s company.

Providing a solution to improve power quality, Enerdoor proudly offers a range of passive harmonic filters for harmonic currents available up to 300 A with voltage up to 480 Vac. The FINHRM and FINHRM2 passive harmonic filters offer different levels of attenuation to provide the market with the best compromise to meet the EN61000-3-2, EN61000-3-12 and IEEE519 International Standards. Custom harmonic filters are available for voltage up to 690 Vac.

Active Harmonic Filters
Power quality is a major concern for manufacturers and power plants. Power quality issues arise due to harmonic disturbances and reactive power generated by unbalanced loads, variable frequency drives and motors. These issues have serious consequences and may prematurely age equipment, cause energy loss or poor functioning controls and synchronization circuits, and increase energy expenditure, component and transformer costs.

With more than 20+ years radio frequency interference experience, Enerdoor developed the active harmonic filter series - the FINHRMAC and FINHRMA to solve harmonic disturbance and power quality issues by compensating current harmonics and power factor correction generated by industrial loads.
